Jeff Walters has been doing dirt work in and around Lebanon since 2012 (under Linear Construction), which means he's seen most of the soil types, drainage patterns, and property quirks this area throws at you. Lebanon's got a little bit of everything — river-bottom soil near the Santiam, rocky clay up in the hills, pasture ground in the flats, and old-orchard properties all over. We've worked on all of it.
