Short version: we only collect information you give us, and we only use it to quote and run your job.
Information we collect
When you fill out a quote form, call, or email, we collect whatever you tell us — typically your name, phone number, email address, project location, and a description of the work. That's it.
How we use it
We use your contact information to respond to your quote request, schedule a site visit, send you a written quote, and communicate with you about your job. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who isn't directly involved in doing your work.
How we store it
Your information lives in Jeff's email, phone, and job files. We don't run a customer database, mailing list, or marketing automation. When a job is closed out and any warranty period has passed, we keep the records for tax and legal reasons and nothing more.
Cookies & tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site — for example, which pages and service areas get the most visits, and whether visitors call or request a quote. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard, anonymized information such as your approximate region, device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. We use this only to improve the website and our advertising. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we don't sell or share it. You can opt out site-wide with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on file about you, correct it, or delete it, by calling 541-740-8658 or emailing jeff@iron-and-earth.com. We'll handle it within a reasonable time.
